Nature tells of God’s love.
Daily we are bombarded by His affection.
The sun, moon and star glow speak of His great love.
Sights, sounds, smells and flavors are notes through which He longs to serenade us.
He even woos the little creatures. His provision for them expresses His attachment to them.
“The eyes of all wait upon Thee;
And Thou givest them their meat in due season.
Thou openest Thine hand,
And satisfiest the desire of every living thing.”
Psalm 145:16, 16
It was God’s purpose that we should never see sorrow or pain.
Disobedience brought the shadow and the curse, but the Lord is merciful and even death has beauty in it.
And things that make us cry can have charm.
And thorns have roses.
The message of God’s love lights up the entire world.
We only need look and read.
